A 3-storey terrace dwelling to house a 3 generation family. The vertical fin panels on the facade are sliding panels which provide sun-shading and privacy to the interior. At night, the lights from the interior results in a soft glow in the facade.

A semi-detached house. A ‘house within a house’, the design follows a modern brutalist aesthetic. The typical front facade has been offset inward to frame the spaces within and provide shade from the sun. The concrete frame also creates opportunities for balconies to overlook each other for family inter-connectivity.
Existing 6-Storey building that has gone through a thorough refurbishment and minor addition and alteration works.
A 2-storey corner terrace dwelling with an attic floor. Each floor opens up to a terrace space for a larger living & play area when needed. Sliding doors between the spaces connect the inside to the out, allowing seamless movements within and around the house.
A 2 storey detached dwelling. New alterations were made to the initial design of the house. To cater to the owner’s growing family, the client brief called for an additional storey, which required sensitive additions and alterations to the original form to ensure continuity and harmony in the design language.
